We offer a 30-day, risk-free trial on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Poochables™ To Go, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. We also offer free shipping on all exchanges within the first 30 days. Product must be washed, clean and free of any dirt, dog food, and stains and in same condition as purchased (new). Failure to do so will result in a $5 cleaning fee or will be considered a non-refundable return if damaged.
Please email us after you initiate the return to let us know what color replacement you would like for your exchange or if you want a refund. Thank you, we sincerely appreciate your business and strive to make you happy with both your purchases and returns.
For returns and exchanges we will email you a prepaid shipping label so you can print it out and return the product. Once we receive the returned item, we will either issue the refund to the card originally used or send you the new item requested. You will be emailed confirmation of the refund or if you are doing an exchange, you will get shipping and tracking information emailed to you. Please note, the shipping info will state the original ordered item, we cannot change it in the system to reflect the new color. Returned payments typically take 3-5 business to appear in your account. For exchanges, we will ship out the new item immediately and you will be notified via email.
International orders must pay for shipping and return shipping on any returns or exchanges. We will pay for shipping for new item on exchanges being sent out but the sale is final after that, we will not accept a return on an exchange due to high shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable.
